SCHEDULING and POLICIES
PLEASE READ...
1. To schedule your session.
For existing clients: Please call or text us at 858.472.1382.
We suggest reviewing the Eyeball Surf Report or Surf Alert text messages before calling to schedule your session to ensure the surf and weather conditions cooperate with your availability and level of surfing.
For new clients: Please call or text us at 858.472.1382 to speak with a coach. Please go to our SIGN UP NOW page for details on coaching sessions.
2. You will then receive a SESSION ALERT via text message with all of the details of your session. This will include location, suggested equipment to bring, where to park as well as other information vital to your session. If you have additional questions about your session please call your coach.
3. Arrive ON TIME and ready to go. We suggest arriving at least 20 minutes early for parking, gearing up and coach briefing.
4. The Coaching Schedule is subject to change. If there are any weather, surf condition or logistical changes or issues your coach will contact you before your scheduled session.
5. Space is very Limited. Do not schedule a session unless you are absolutely sure that you can attend.
6. Any cancelation or rescheduling of your session must be done 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session. No exceptions. This policy protects the staff who were scheduled for that session.
7. A no-show will automatically forfeit your session. No exceptions.
8. A Late arrival of 30 minutes or more will result in a forfeiture of the session unless previously arranged with your coach.
9. If you have any questions regarding the surf forecast, weather or status of your session please call 858.472.1382 before your session.
10. We do our best to schedule your sessions in the best conditions available however conditions change and good surf conditions are not guaranteed. Whenever we schedule our sessions we rely on the data at hand yet the surf conditions are out of our control. In the event the conditions deteriorate before your session your coach will do his best to call you beforehand to cancel. However if the surf drops or conditions deteriorate during your session the session will discontinue. If conditions become dangerous we will also discontinue training.
